Ok, so it seems that monitors are a little bit buggy. The monitor is connected to a CPU and disk drive. The IO Expander is connected to the cpu (and monitor, just in case I'm wrong) and has bundled cable attacked to the correct end. I put a blank floppy into the drive, turn on the CPU, and lo and behold, when right-clicking the monitor, nothing. No "Starting," or "Running blah blah blah." Not even an error message. Seems either I've completely messed up, or RP2, as always, has a few issues.
