    • No need to be rude you two.....

Use a filled MFSU to charge it or a Charging Bench mk3

      Good luck!

    • I presume this is in regards to the Modular Powersuits armor?

Install the Solar Generator head slot upgrade.

Install the Kinetic Generator leg slot upgrade.

This will supply you with almost unlimited power.

    • Sticking it in an IC2 storage device (BatBox, MFE, or MFSU) absolutely works. You need to stick it into the top slot, I believe.

Also, it needs to be the piece with the battery in it.

    • He's talking about Modular powersuits, not Nano/Quantum armor, people.

    • Make sure you can installed a battery onto the peice of power armour you want to charge from the tinker table and then you can just use a batbox

    • I can confirm that the Modular Power Armor can be charged directly with IC2 power (Tekkit Lite 0.6.5).  I have charged my Power Tool in both a BatBox and an MFSU - strangely, the power drain is instant!  I fully drained my MFSU a split second after I plonked the robot arm in the charging slot.  Seems like 2EU = 1MJ, feel free to correct me on this.

Also, all your chargeable equipment will recharge if you stand on top of an Universal Charger block (a part of the Energy Bridge mod).  After stepping on the charger, the charging will continue even if you walk 2-3 blocks away from it.

    • anyone know how to do this in the new tekkit?

      no ic2 :(

    • Well you have the Thermal Expansion mod, which among other things features the Energetic Infuser and the Redstone Energy Cell.  Store your BC generated power in the energy cell, and hook that up to the infuser with either BC conductive pipes or Thermal Expansion's Redstone Energy Conduit.

EDIT: By the way, you're in the wrong wiki!  This is for Tekkit Lite.  Quick Google search revealed this post in the Tekkit forum.

    • Use A charging bench LV MV HV put a Lapatron crystle in the slot that looks like a diamond (You need a few)Wait till its done then your armor is powerd!

      Make sure you puta battery!

    • For Tekkit lite use a Energybridge, a suitable Consumer and a Universal charger. While wearing the Suit step on top of the Universal charger or place a Chest next to it and place the Items you want to charge inside.

Charges Everything, great thing, sadly a little bit slow.

Short for Minecraft Joules, it's Buildcraft power. Also produced and used by Thermal Expansion, Forestry, and some other mods too.

    • I suggest that the Univesal Charger from the Power Converters mod be used to charge the power suits or any other items. You will need an energy bridge and a energy consumer (based on what energy is being inputed)...

For more info on this, see http://tekkitlite.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Power_Converters.

If you are wearing any power suits or have an electric item in you inventory, standing on top of the Univeral Charger will charge these items, one at a time. It starts charging the tools in your hotbar, and after one is finished, it will move onto the next. At the end, after everything else in your inventory that can be charged is fully charged, it will charge your armor.

In addition, one can place a chest next to the Universal Charger, and the items in the chest will charge. This also works with Ender chests, so if you place an ender chest next to the universal charger, you can place items to be charged in an ender pouch from a remote location. The items will be charged in seconds, as long as a chunk loader keeps the chucks with the charger and power source loaded! This can be useful if your tools run out of power when you are mining...

WARNING: The Modular Power suits will drain ALOT! of power from your power system. If you look in the config files for Modular Power Suits, you will find that 1 EU = A Fraction of a J. You can change the values in the config file, but that also means that the suit will use the power faster. I think you can change the Energy Converters conversion ratio in the config, but I have not tried this yet...

    • ^ By the way, I posted the thing above ^

Also, you can make the Universal Charger faster depending on what consumer is used with the Energy Bridge. For example, using a HV consumer will charge you equipment faster than if you used a LV consumer (assuming that your the HV consumer is hooked up to a MFSU or something that outputs HV)

That doesn't matter here. It is annoying, but this is Tekkit LITE, not the new Tekkit.

Nope. I have tried an HV charging bench and an MFSU, and only the former did anything. It was slow, but things can be very slow when you're in a giant cave without solar power... and it was snowing above the cave...

    • In the new tekkit you need an energetic infuser

      Heres a tutorial on that:

    • new tekkit sucks so idk about that.  otherwise use universal charger, MFSU, charging bench, energetic infuser, charging bridge and the stuff for that, or use HV transformers from other things.

if u asking about the 1.5.1 tekkit this is wrong place and as stated above I DON'T KNOW!

    • Heres an easy pain free way. buy the elite battery upgrade, crank it to full, then keep assembling and disassembling the advanced battery. when u buy a battery u get its power and it doesnt go away if u dismantle and still have a big enough energy suply to hold it (such as the elite battery mentioned earlier). just repeat the steps until power is full. I used this cos batbox, mfsu and others didnt work for some reason. But I really like it cos its free energy! Who doesnt want that? anyway hope this works for you!

Note: I used this for 1.7.10 minecraft so it may not work on other versions but give it a try. ;D

    • I'm having the same problem and don't have vast amounts of resources at my disposal (unlike what some of these replies seem to assume). I have managed to mitigate it using the Solar Generator and the Kinetic Generator(which, paired with the sprint assist module, can be VERY powerful), but I've just obtained the Thermal Generator and don't know how best to use it. Does sitting in lava generate power? Or does building up the heat bar do it? I can do either fairly easily, but not both at once...(for some reason, I simply can't raise my heat level in lava. It may be to do with the radiation shielding I installed...)
