The Sonic Screwdriver is a rechargeable version of the normal Screwdriver, and is used to alter the orientation of Logic Items and Machines from the RedPower 2 mod. It is recharged using Blutricity. One way to do this is to place a fully charged BT Battery next to the Sonic Screwdriver in your hotbar, and "Right Click" with the BT Battery in hand.

Trivia[]
- The name and the item itself is a reference to the BBC television series, Doctor Who. It resembles The 11th Doctor's Mk VIII screwdriver. The Sonic Screwdriver does not, however, allow you to open doors like The Doctor.
- If the language "English (UK)" is selected, the sonic screwdriver is called `Unnamed` however it still works perfectly.
Bugs[]
- The RedBus GUI does not seem to open when using either the Sonic Screwdriver or Screwdrivers, like how it used to open on Tekkit Classic.
