The Overclocked Heat Vent is a Nuclear Control item used to cool down a Nuclear Reactor.

Usage[]
The overclocked heat vent is used to dissipate the heat generate by adjacent Uranium cells. It cannot cool diagonally. It dissipates 20 Heat/t from each surrounding cell, but it cools less than that from itself. It is useful, but it is limited in that it cannot cool larger and more complex systems as reliably. It is a useful tool in a Nuclear Technicians arsenal as it can take more heat directly than any other component (excluding condensators). One of the safer ways to use them is to use exchangers to cool them.
