The Jacketed Bluewire is similar to Jacketed Wire. Jacketed Bluewires can be placed in mid-air and conduct Blutricity to power RedPower Machines. They don't connect to Jacketed Wires and don't conduct a Redstone current
Jacketed Bluewires are self-supporting and do not require a surface to sit upon. It can be connected to regular Blulectric wires on a surface by placing a piece of Blue Alloy Wire on the surface you want it to connect to. They can be made from any material that can be cut into covers, and are named accordingly (for example, if made with covers cut from regular stone, the item name would be "Stone Jacketed Bluewire").
