The Heating Cell is used in Nuclear Reactors.
A cell that takes the place of a Lava Bucket in Breeder Reactors. When placed in a Nuclear Reactor, the heating cell will add heat to the surrounding cells.
This component is stackable and will add <Stack Size> heat per tick to all neighbouring components capable of storing heat. These cells will automatically stop producing heat once the reactor core temperature is at <Stack Size> * 1000 heat.
