The Cargo Distributor will allow you to connect pipes and tubes from other mods to the Cargo Manager in a better way.
In the reccomended version of Tekkit Lite where neither pipes or tubes will connect to the cargo distributor, but will connect directly to the manager. You can, however, use the cargo distributor with Applied Energistics, using ME Import, Export and Storage bus's.
